You poor thing! Had a bad day, huh? Well, me too. They say that misery loves company. Count your blessings! There is a bright side to everything if you dig deep enough! At least today is Friday. Celebrate!

Okay, okay. I may sound a BIT like a fortune cookie! But I really sympathize.

Hmmmm... when I am feeling sad and blue, do you know what I like to do? Make up rhymes, that's the key! I am feeling sympathy. For yooooooooou! (I actually just made that up!!)

Thank you, thank you. Um, think about other cozy things. Like towels fresh out of the dryer. Yum!!

Hope I helped!

I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me!
I am more than a conqueror thru Christ Jesus who loves me!
I am the head and not the tail!
Find the positive words that lift you up.
May not be in the bible but the serenity prayer is worth repeating as well to lift your spirits. God bless and lift you up.

If it's academics you are worried about, I say you should start with improving your communications skills. Specifically, you should capitalize when appropriate, use correct punctuation, and spell out words like "are" and "please". This is a start to raising your academic self-esteem.

Lay off the alcohol or drugs. Or both. You're showing signs of paranoia

here let me see if i can help...there is a cure for depression...its not a pill, its not a doctor, and its not a therapist...while it helps to talk about ur problems it is pointless to do with someone u have to pay...do it with a friend or family member...my remedy for feeling down is one of 2 things...cheering others up- this normally does it to me also...and keeping busy- if ur busy u wont have time to think of ur problems
