you're growing to be no longer outstanding solutions merely because human beings are worried for the puppy no longer attacking you! i might want to be taking a puppy that youthful out to potty each hour a minimum of, besides the undeniable fact that at the same time as mine replaced into 2 months previous for a couple of minutes I had to take her out each 30 minutes. Use effective reinforcement (supply piece of a deal with after she is going outdoors). maximum canines fairly won't be able to know the housetrained concept (meaning no injuries) until eventually she's 6 months previous. savour some time at the same time with her now, they strengthen up quickly lol. also ignore about her injuries somewhat of exclaiming "undesirable canines" or something to her, or she might want to turn going contained in the homestead right into somewhat recreation.yet in case you ignore concerning the interior, and praise to the skies about the exterior pottying then she'll get the idea quickly. in case you confine her to a room, by no potential close the door, block off the door with a gate, crate, bins something or the puppy will be too scared.

Just like most things in life, there is no fast, easy way. Puppies take patience, discipline, and a lot of time. Something you should have thought of when you bought it.

Crate training is the best method.

Positive reinforcement is always good... reward it everytime it goes outside.

Negative reinforcement rarely works... besides, yelling at your dog will probably only confuse it unless your dog magically knows how to speak english.

Most methods will work, you just have to find something and stick with it... don't switch methods.

Some puppies can be trained in a weekend, some take a year.

good luck.

I've been having the same problem with my pup but I've gotten the mistakes down to a minimum now. When you CATCH her going on the floor IMMEDIATELY take her to her "potty." As you pick her up from the floor, say "bad potty" in a stern voice. Maybe even shake your finger and say no too. When you put her on her designated spot, say "good potty" and pet her and give her lots of praise. From that point on, when she goes in the right spot, continue to praise her but don't punish her for mistakes (she'll try to hide from you when she goes if you do). It's also good to recognize when your pup is about to go. Mine always goes when he wakes from a nap. When he gets up and starts sniffing around for a good spot, I put him on the puppy pad and make him stay there until he goes. That has helped more than anything. Just remember that puppies are like one year olds. They ARE going to slip up every now and then so be patient with her. Just make sure you watch her whenever possible and always always always be consistent. Good luck!

First of all take them out every thirty mins. I know but do it. same door same place. if she sniffs make a big deal. then get a bell on a string and put it on the door low enough for her to reach it. put something good smelling like peanut butter rub sent on bell let her know its there. show her the bell take her outside, wait til she pees even if its hours then give her a treat. she will ring the bell next time she is at the door. many times a puppy will pass be the door thinking that is enough to get your attention but most humans don't see this act and then get mad when the pup pees inside. the bell you will hear and it will also keep her from tryin other things such as scratching and barking. promise this will work, you both just have to be willing to try. Also the crate thing is good if you cant be around. dogs think it is unnatural to pee where you lay type thing so you'll be surprised how they will hold it till you get them out ( but be aware let them straight out!)

Crate train her. When you are home with her, bring her outside very often, and when she goes to the bathroom outside, praise the heck out of her and give her treats. When you are not able to pay attention to her or whe you have to leave, put her in her crate. As long as she is not left alone for a long period of time, she won't pee or poop in her crate because dogs do not like to soil where they sleep-- but this only works if the crate is the right size. If it's too big, they will pee in one end and sleep in the other. You can scold her if she pees in the house, but only if you catch her while she's doing it. If you yell at her after the fact, then she won't understand what you'll scolding her about. The best way is to reinforce what she should be doing (praising her for going outside) not punishing her for what she shouldn't be doing (peeing in the house). Also, if she ever goes to the door or barks to tell you that she needs to go out, praise her like crazy and give her treats.

Be consistant no matter what. Some breeds are more difficult to house train than others. Especially the smaller breeds. It sometimes takes them a bit longer. You can try to crate train by only letting her out to do the business and back into the cage if she hasn't in about 15 minutes. But if she does then let her play for a while.

There is no 'fast' way to do it...it takes time. Some breeds take longer than others.

Don't leave her unsupervised. Take her out every half hour or hour to walk. Gently repeat a command (like "go potty" or whatever you want to use) and when she does go, LAVISH her with praise.

Watch her closely in the house. You'll notice her habits when she's about to "go" (sniffing, going to a certain area, squatting). When you see her do those things, tell her "no," scoop her up quickly and take her outside while you repeat her potty command until she goes, then praise her.

You just have to keep at it...

Crate train. No method works as fast as crate training. Also keep in mind that a 12-14 week old puppy needs to "go" about every 2-3 hours. Remember that they can only hold it so long - so if you can't get to them to take them out it isn't their fault for having an accident.

Take your puppy outside every 30 minutes and tell her to go to the bathroom. If she goes give her a reward. If she does not do not give her a reward. If she goes in the house tell her no and roll her on her side and hold her down. Do not hit her or rub her nose in it. She will just do it again. My dog was trained in 2 days. It also depends on the type of dog too.

Try taking the dog out every 30 minuted or so or take it out everytime that it eats and drinks and stay outside with it till it goes to the bathroom! Or you could get a doggy door if you have a fenced in yard...That's what worked for me when I was having trouble training my dog. I was trying to crate train and he was peeing out of the cage and about to have a nervous breakdown and I bought the doggy door and in about a week he had it down!
