God is not male or female. The only purpose of gender is reproduction. God does not need to reproduce like humans, so He has no sex. God is just referred to as a He. He actually has no sex though, he is more like a spirit.

The name God refers to the deity held by monotheists to be the supreme reality. God is believed to be the sole creator of the universe. As of 2007, a majority of human beings generally believe in a monotheistic God, usually in some form of the Abrahamic God of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The unifying monotheistic conception of Brahman prevailing in the henotheistic belief system of Hinduism is also significant as a representative element in humanity's belief in a supreme God.

Theologians have ascribed certain attributes to God, including omniscience, omnipotence, omnipresence, perfect goodness, divine simplicity, and eternal and necessary existence. He has been described as incorporeal, a personal being, a source of moral obligation, and the greatest conceivable existent. These attributes were supported to varying degrees by the early Christian, Muslim, and Jewish scholars, including St Augustine,Al-Ghazali,and Maimonides respectively.

All the notable medieval philosophers developed arguments for the existence of God, attempting to wrestle with the contradictions God's attributes seem to imply. The last few hundred years of philosophy have seen sustained attacks on some of the arguments for God's existence, put forth by such philosophers as Friedrich Nietzsche and Antony Flew. The theist response has been either to contend, like Alvin Plantinga, that faith is properly basic; or to accept, like Richard Swinburne, the evidentialist challenge

God is not a male or not even a female !
He is just God who created us all! If you think God is a male or a person like us how could he create people like him ?that's not possible!

And you don't have to know if God is a male or a female just pray for God and thank God for everything he gave you!

God is male. The human body is something he made and every part of it has a purpose. It is all good. Why would this fact make someone sick? We humans are really funny about sex. We should only partake in it if there is a marriage but then it is a beautiful thing. It was meant to be that way. I hate it when people say that they have seen Christian couples going into Adult Movie Stores for rentals , using such things as Marital Aids. I think if someone needs a marital aid they would be alot better off on their knees talking to the one who made human sexuality to start with. They would be surprise what they are missing.

Of course God has a penis, why do think we envy him so much!

anyways God is male because of the role people placed God in.

God protect us, God save us, god have mercy etc these roles were and still are in most cases the roles of males and more specifically fathers in regards to their families.

God is not male or female, because he is not made out of flesh. He is purely Spirit.

Aren't you clever! You are so arrogant, you can insult God and think He won't know about it. God is not human. He is a spirit...and a triune God. I wouldn't count Him out. He says, "The fool says in his heart there is no God!" I would listen to Him.

He also says....the demons know Him, and tremble!
