I am 20 years old, I am tall, 5'9, weight about 135lbs and Im not fat, and for others who see me, wouldnt say I am over weight or even look it, but sometimes im not happy with those love handles.... my doctor says im under weight for my height, but i still want to lose about 10lbs.... possibly shapen up my love handles and thigh and hip area... i have sriously tried everything, and its depressing me... anyone know of anything i could do, and for how many times i have to do it, for me to reach my goal? i would reallly apreciate it...thanks!

Also, I go to college 5 days a week, and work at night... so my time is slightly limited...any in home ideas? or am i just better off heading to the gym on my days off?

sounds like you need to work out so that you tone up, if you are underweight, i wouldnt lose anymore weight, the love handles are due to inactivity not fat, skinny people can have flab too, and it should be pretty easy to lose that if you do some cardio

i bought an elliptical and it has helped me lose weight. Drink lots of water, watch your portion size, cut out the sweets and try to sneak in exercise whenever u can. Try taking the stairs instead of elevators, park your car far so u can walk more, anything little bit helps.
