I am 20 years old, I am tall, 5'9, weight about 135lbs and Im not fat, and for others who see me, wouldnt say I am over weight or even look it, but sometimes im not happy with those love handles.... my doctor says im under weight for my height, but i still want to lose about 10lbs.... possibly shapen up my love handles and thigh and hip area... i have sriously tried everything, and its depressing me... anyone know of anything i could do, and for how many times i have to do it, for me to reach my goal? i would reallly apreciate it...thanks!

Also, I go to college 5 days a week, and work at night... so my time is slightly limited...any in home ideas? or am i just better off heading to the gym on my days off?
