smile alot and bring up some intellegent conversation, flip your hair around, wear sparkly lipstick when talking to him, make sure you have a nice perfume on that will catch his attention. and have your thong showing just a little bit so when you drop your pencil and go to pick it up the pink lace thong shows just a little. Make sure you have fresh tingly breath. good luck.. those are all my old techniques....

I think that if you get to know the man in question first. Getting to know them will help you relax around them, and you will find it easier to chat with them and you'll feel less nervous. If you already know the man then you could ask if he'd like to go for lunch, just help you to get to know him better. I found that worked for me, good luck!

a good way to let them know is to if your not be their friend at first so it isn't so bad so you know a bit more about them before actualy telling them i hope this advice works good luck
