Seriously, it depends why you want to be an escort. If it's money and your girlfriend is ok with it then go ahead do that....and maybe even marry your girlfriend as well!
If she's not ok with it then you need to decide for yourself whether your relationship means enough to you for you to abandon the escort idea for the sake of your girlfriend. If you want to spend the rest of your life with her then sure, ask her to marry you.
