It's doable but what is recommended for healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Rapid weight loss tends to come back very easily.

Basically 3500 calories is equivelent to 1 pound. So if you eat 500 calories less each day than you burn, you lose 1 pound a week.

To lose 4 lbs in one week, you'd have to burn 2000 more calories each day than you eat. This would be really hard, unless you were not eating at all.

It's not recommended to lose weight so quickly. You could suffer from exhaustion or malnutrition or other bad things.

Also, sometimes the body fights toxins like colds by storing them in new fat. So when you burn fat, all those toxins come out into your system again. This is one reason you could get really sick when you lose weight really quickly.

113 lbs is a fine weight! Don't rush it!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

If you want to be blown away by the wind & then bounce back to ~118 lbs go ahead.
It is not sensible!! Just tone up you muscles, eat healthy food & forget about your weight, look at muscle tone & strength & enjoy your body!

yes you can, eat light and exercise ...all you really need is light meals, a bunch of water and 30 mins on a treadmill errday. 2 weeks is more than enough time to lose 8 lbs.

You can lose 8 pounds in 24 hours if you're really serious about it. Just wear a rubber or plastic track suit, run or jump-rope, and don't eat or drink anything.
