It depends on what you mean by know. It is the quickening of the spirit that reveals to us in our spirit who God Is. None of us has ever seen Father God (He is too bright & strong) yet and won't until we are even more perfected after the 1st Resurrecton. We have only seen the Son of God and then maybe a vision or dream of Jesus. Jesus is the express image of God.
I have read that the Marriage Supper of the Lamb occurs after the rapture, and is a long process, & will continue as others have their heads cut off for not taking the mark of the beast & are part of the 1st resurrection.
So, there is a perfection that happens when we see Jesus in His resurrected body, when we see Him as He is at the right hand of God. We will be metomorphed to be like Him. And we will know Him like He knows us. Then perfected to see God the Father.
Then we will know God. So, yes being the bride of Christ and married after the Marriage supper of the Lamb, then perfected then know God.

As god is a mythical being with no credible evidence to even validate its existence, there is no real value either in "getting to know god" or in "getting married to god."
