Someone who is already not eating meat as part of their regular diet can abstain from some other food product.

First of all for your information...not only Catholics fast and celebrate Easter (Resurrection Day)
Easter is the most important religious feast of the Christian liturgical year.
Secondly, all animal products were strictly forbidden and not only for Catholics but all Christians who are fasting during lent.

They don't need to abstain from anything. But if they want to do penanance as many do, they could give up chocolate or something they like.

Probably nothing since they don't eat meat to begine with.

you would have no problem..........maybe eat fish

prayer (justice towards God),
fasting (justice towards self),
and almsgiving (justice towards neighbor).
