It's been going on for at least a month...every time I touch ANYTHING I get shocked! I've tried touching other things before I touch what I want to, but that doesn't help. Any ideas on how to stop this or what is causing it?

you can get charged because you have a high electrical resitance. do you wear for instance rubber shoes ?.
also when you are in a very dry air you get charged more.
these are thing that causes it.
to prevent you can decharge yourself before you touch a person by touching something made of metal , for instance a refrigirator .

me too! I want to know also.
I've noticed my hair is always staticky and it's since I changed my shampoo/conditioner. Maybe this is a factor to shocking everything?
I swear I have OCD now cuz I always pull my sweater over my hand when im about to touch metal things and I'm always scared to touch people! Ugh! Why???

Your clothing are acting like a capacitor (a device that holds an electrical charge,,static in this case)
simplest way IS get rid of the panties.
Your wiggling the wattle too much.
my most favorite is go nude
or just change shoes.
Your just too sexual .
It is an atmospheric problem

do u use fabric softerners... cause if u just dry some cloths can get staticy.. make u staticky..... also maybe the way u do ur hair..
