Bloating after eating is usually due to candida (yeast). Try cutting out sugar and white bread/white rice/potatoes, and also try probiotics (good bacteria). They are found in good quality yogurt. Read the labels - don't buy the flavored yogurt as it's got tons of sugar and junk in it. I get organic plain yogurt and add my own fruit and a natural sweetener, like Stevia or Xylitol. I put it in smoothies too.

You can also get probiotic supplements at health food stores.

Your question is so general...first thing that pops in my mind is gall bladder problems. Make certain you eat fiber and are not constipated. Try eating smaller quantities more often. If all this fails, you really need to see a doctor; if it is your gall bladder, it could be quite painful is left unattended. Good luck and God Bless

my best guess is that the problems lies with what ur eating. Just look over your diet and make sure you have all the necessary components of a healthy diet. do you have enough fiber? etc. also, try to avoid beans while trying to correct this problem!!! good luck!
