I want real result for any number I want to see results over time, any techniques how to do this. Right now I can do 12 pullups, 40 pushups and like 45 situps in 1 minute.

Depends on what your definition of results is.

There are two different types of exercise/activity that use two different types of muscle fibers. Aerobic (with oxygen) which uses "slow twitch" fibers and anaerobic (without oxygen) which uses "fast twitch" fibers. The difference is between long period, sustained and less intense effort such as marathon running, and short very intense effort such as power lifting.
Aerobic exercise does not cause muscle exhaustion nearly as fast or in the same way as does anaerobic and therefore does not require the longer recovery time. So, for things like situps, running and other things that you would do over a longer period of time can be done daily. Anaerobic such as weight lifting will exhaust the muscles used in a matter of minutes or less. Strength building occurs as a response to this exhaustion during the rest and recovery period following it. So, you need to allow at least a day of recovery between these sessions. If you want to weight lift daily work the upper body one day and the lower body the next.
Keep in mind too that your abdominal muscles are of the type that are normaly tense. There aren't very many of these. Others include the rectal and urinary shphincters. Isometric exercise works especially well for these.

Good luck!
