SOME ONE PLEASE HELP I EAT ALL DAY I WEIGHT 160 AND I AM ONLY 21 THIS IS CRAZY DOES ANY BODY KNOW A PERSONAL DIET THEY WOULD LIKE TO SHARE W/ME. I DON'T WANT PILLS, EXPENSIVE PROGRAMS ECT. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP I AM GETTING MARRIED IN SEPT W/MY FIANCE HOWEVER THAT IS SPELLED I NEED TO GET RED OF THESE LBS. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!!

Yes, yes don't do anything to crazy.
Go on a low G.I food regime. Check it out on the web - it's easy to keep and trust me it really works.
At the same time - YOU MUST START EXERCISING!!!
You must do it for at least 4 times a week - and this will get you where you want.
You will get there till September. Don't let your nerves dictate your eating habit and good luck and be determined!

There are lots of good diets out there.
I put myself on 1200 calorie diabetic diet a year ago and have lost 130 lbs. I exercise 20-30 min twice a day. The diet is available at American Diabetic Association web site.
You don't have to be a diabetic to follow this diet. I'm not, but I'm a nurse and we learned it's safe for everybody.

ok, this is what you need to do. Drink lots and lots of water. If you catch yourself reaching for a snack that you don't need, drink water instead. Also, make breakfast your biggest meal of the day, followed by a medium lunch and a small dinner. And walk as much as you can. You don't have to starve yourself or hit the gym everyday. Make small changes, stick with them, and you will see a difference. Number one rule: Only eat when you are truly hungry, and stop eating once you are no longer hungry, not until you've stuffed yourself. Boredom leads to eating, so find something to do! trust me, if your fiance likes u this way thats all that should matter but, u can do a few simple things to help your weight and health.. any convenient stores nearby, walk dont drive... have a dog? walk him too.... set a limit(as in how much junk food) when u grocery shop and purchase some fresh fruits and veggies....try eating more chicken and fish as well as eating them baked or grilled.. stay away from fried foods and limit your bread..........everything in moderation and drink plenty of water (helps your kidneys as well)
dont hold back from rewarding yourself though, an ice cream cone at the end of a week is not going to ruin you...stay active and if u believe in prayer then i say use it because the comfort it brings can really help you through........

Try to stop eating so much and exercise. You might lost alot of weight at first by fasting, cleansing, ot starving yourself, but exercise will keep you healthier than these things.
