first off, tell your sister to stop calling this chick her best friend. if she was, your sis wouldn't be screwing her man. what a slut.
she should tell the girl about the cheating. because she feels guilty, not because of crabs. and this guy is def. screwing other girls too - if he's not loyal once, he's not loyal at all. she should tell her so that she knows to not trust him.
and she should get tested for everything else as well - if hes' dirty enough to have crabs, he's dirty enough to have other stuff too.
don't follow your sisters slutty example.
