Hi there. I'm thinking of getting another tattoo, and I'm looking for a rough estimate on price. The tattoo will be of 70's cartoon character Hong Kong Phooey's alter-ego Penry (classic just standing there pose like on the model sheets, but of course, in color) and is about 5 and a half inches in length. Can anyone out there give me a rough estimate of how much this tattoo will cost?
Please, no flames or points-fishing. I'm serious here.

It will depend on the size, the detail, colors, and the tattoo artist. You should ask him first.

there is no way to tell exactly how much it would cost other than to consult your artist. some artists charge by the size, some by the hour. if i had to guess i would say a couple hundred dollars but it really all depends on factors only your artist will be able to tell.

I have a Betty Boop that size in 2001 it cost $70.00.

You may want to just call the shop and ask them.

I feel like you can have any tattoo YOU want it is YOUR business.

I am 43 years old and I love my Betty Boop I please myself because I think this is a lifetime decision the tattoo may not can be removed.GOODLUCK

go to your artist...going to vary depending on the artist.

pls remember: good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good.
