Number 1 World ranked, World record holder,Olympic gold medallist.
No.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed and the faith that Asafa Powell is clean, but only time will tell.

I'm not sure I agree with most of the answers. I never heard any drug accusations against Michael Johnson, and he was the fastest man in the world. There was another topic in here recently that proved that his 200 time was really faster than the current 100 time.
Certainly there can be someone with enough God-given talent come along that can run with the best without doing drugs. It does take a lot of hard work, though.

don;t think so..
they have professional support. for every olympic sprinter there are atleast 4-5 professionals helping him with nutrients, doctor, physio, trainer, coach... anywayz good luck :)
oh not the mention all the best and expensive equitment you can get to train with..
