You can open a tablet of vitamin E and put a little on your skin. It will absorb it. I don't know about other vitamins though. E is good for your skin.

You can put vitamin E from a pill directly on your skin to deduce the appearance of a scar. Im not sure about any other vitamin.

There are transdermal compounds available that act as vehicles for other compounds through your skin (I don't remember the name but one is made from oysters and as soon as you touch it you taste oysters) I would consult a doctor first if its for something like you have problems swallowing pills for instance. The compound is a vehicle for almost any type of drug, so its easy to contaminate your system with other compounds (from the soap you use, etc.)

Don't do it cause it's too much hassle and cause it takes time for your body (I mean if you take them the way you're meant to) to dissolve them let alone put them on your face!
You expect your skin to sort of soak up on the vitamins...that sounds kinda silly. I doubt they'll penetrate into your skin.
Try swallowing them - that's what they're made for!

They won't get absorbed by your digestive system and distributed throughout your body.
