It has been done, but sex and violence sell best, especially to teens. As an educator I've seen how violence and crime on television and in video games influences our young society members. It is getting worse everyday. I'm not for censorship, but I am for good parenting. I think the parents of good Christian children should draw the line at what their kids are exposed to. Until then, I don't think a video like you're talking about has a chance and with no market to sell it to, nobody is going to finance it.

Great idea! I'll have a Christian video game programmer I know work on one. We might call it "Onward Christian Soldiers" I wonder from where I got that title?

Sinners are just misguided people who have not yet found the Truth.

The Christian Soldiers could fight with words from God's Word and the Holy Spirit and turn the sinners into Christian Soldiers who in turn enlist in Jesus' army and fight with words from God's word and the Holy Spirit to turn other sinners into Christian Soldiers ad infinitum.

Actually, there are such games on the market. Unfortunately, they are mostly based on the extrime right-wing pseudo-Christian ideology, rather than on genuine Christianity, so I'd be very careful about getting one for a child without screening it first.

You obviously haven't heard about the game "Left Behind."

It takes place after the rapture, where you must convert all the non-christians. If a non-christian choses not to convert you must kill him/her.

You lose spirit points, however, for each person you kill. So you have to pray after killing a non-christian to get your spirit points back!

To be honest, I am suprised there wasn't a media blitz about this. This game shows just how messed up theism is and it seems that no one even noticed it.

The Bible Game on Xbox was like a party game. Don't know much about it.

Actually, they did. But it was like a boring trivia game or something and many children quickly became atheists when they played it out of boredom.

I can't remember the name but it came out like 2 yrs ago. The christian community was really proud of its shiny 256 colors and 8 bit soundtrack..
