With respect to Gays: It just seems some of you go attacking the religious for no sense of purpose. How can that encourage mutual respect?

I come in here to talk and share and hone my creative writing skills and fast thinking etc. Sometimes I express things that might offend others but never rudely. Even so I get some pretty hot responses in my Email. I just ditch those.

But not everyone is so.

There are are people who come in here to clone and play nasty games. There are people who come in here to let off steam. I think it depends on what site you on. The Spiritual and the Political pages are the ones that are most intolerant of other forms of belief.

My attitude is to shrug it off and think of where it came from. If you engage you only add to the negativity and lower the standards even more.

That is a very outreaching question, just because we dont all reply/ does not mean we dont read the questions, so i will reply! sometimes people are on the defencive because of insecurity or don`t fully understand the question, does the question provoke silly answers?, every one is entitled to an opinion whether we agree with it or not, lets all live together and try to respect each other.

Yes. It always happens in religion chat rooms or forums. It's because people feel very passionately about things. I constantly question God (or if there even is one) but I don't get my heckle up unless someone talks down to me. I appreciate everybody's view point because whether you believe or not it's all interesting stuff.
