Would a dental dam keep me from drooling?

I get drool all over my suit and it gets embarrassing.

No you will still drool. a rubber damm is there to keep you from swallowing some bad stuff they might be drilling out.

A dental dam will help contain saliva during a dental procedure. It lets you swallow more freely and makes it easier for the dentist or assistant to suction away saliva. Dams cannot be used in all procedures and many people find them uncomfortable, but in many cases, they do result in better dental work, so I would definitely ask the dentist about using one next time you go in.
