1. You have to survive the Flood

2. The way to do this is on the Ark

Just a thought..

Mythology is brought into most games, I should know I work on videogames.

I've actually never played the Halo series, but I'm thinking about purchasing it. Want to give me some insight on the story?

Possibly, but not likely.

You also have to keep in mind the fact that over 300 flood stories exist throughout various cultures across the globe. They're all different than the Noah's deluge story as told in Genesis.

Eh, I never thought about it like that, but there are many cultures that have a flood story, one family that was saved, and a boat of some sort that they lived in in order to save themselves from the flood.

So, it might just be a connection to a common story.

Dude, the Bible has pervaded all areas of the world, including entertainment. Im not surprised by the "connection" you see... Just look at Indiana Jones. Full of religious symbolism. Doesnt make any of it real though. Just further entertainment, fiction.

Yeah, they were obviously heavily based on religious and other mythological imagery and terminology, just like "The Matrix" was.
