I am trying to get rid of a little lower abdominal pudge and I can't break the 135lbs???? tried excercising maybe just not working hard enough, dont know. Any advise would do good! bad replys and good, rude and funny thanks to allll

im also 23 and i weigh 180lbs had 2 kids i was a size 10
i had a c-section with my 2nd kid and have that saggy flabby bit hanging down but im now 135lbs now and ive only been doing it 6 mths i eat healthy i found if u go on www.sparkpeople.com its a free site which helped alot it gives u daily excercises and meals and u dont have to eat like a rabbit put in ur favourite meals in with the ones they selected for u and as long as u stick to the selected calories a day u can drop the weight off i found going on toning tables gets rid of the flabby bits after losing weight look for a local gym with toning tables available after having my first baby they measure u from neck to calf and weigh u every 6 weeks and i found that after 6 weeks i lost 10lbs and lost 11 1/2 inches off my body i know its not a lot of weight but i was only using the toning tables as a form of exercise hope this helps u good luck

I am 14 and i weigh 145 pounds and i am 5'6. I dont have 3 kids either. I can run a mile in 5 min. and 45 seconds. I am extremely good at soccer and field hockey. As far as i know girl, you arent fat. Don t worry about flab. Everyone has some. Do crunches.And put a picture of yourself on your fridge, so when you go for that little snack, you will think twice. You dont want your kids to be emabarresed by your weight and right now i highly doubt they are. But dont let this "fat" thing get to your head. You dont want to be to skinny. I have good friends, i am great at sports, i want to be a doctor and i am going pretty damn far in life, weight wont stop me, so you shouldnt get consumed in it either. good luck

How can anyone possibly call that fat. Who are these people anyway? Why are people always calling ME skinny, and I am 5'5" and 115? Go figure! '

if you wait a really long time to eat, like until u feel like barfing, that helps a little, but make sure you eat then though. and by no means become anorexic.also exercise really helps, especially if you do it in the morning before u eat cuz then ur buring fat, not the calories that u just ate. by the way, ur not fat, but this is just in case u really want to lose that weight.

does not sound like your fat, but try the loreal product. its called sublime slim for abs and also they make it for cellulite day and night time cream. it does work. buy it at walmart- in where the body lotions are. it is a little expensive but it works. when research on loreal hit the loreal paris

You are not fat at all. You won't look the same as you did before you had kids but you do look great. Alot of us guys prefer your look to the anorexic look that passes as healthy.
