Shop around and see if there's any Valentine's Day stuff on sale!? I'm using pink in my wedding and I hit up those sales. Obviously there'd be a lot of red decorative items! Good Luck!

As a former wedding planer I would have to know a lot more than just that you are using red as your color. Is the wedding inside or outside? Is this your first wedding or have you been married before? How many people are you going to have in the wedding and coming to the wedding? Try and update your question and I know I will be able to help you. I will check back in a day or so.
Good luck

Classic red roses are always beautiful, at my wedding I paired them up with white Oriental Lilies and they were beautiful.... red glass beads (found in craft stores)scattered around a white pillar candle can be a pretty, simple centerpiece for tables.... or red flower petals. As far as personal jewelry goes, rubies or red garnet would look nice against your white dress. Red nail polish or lipstick may be a little harsh for your wedding look, so I would stick with red accessories.
Also, going back to flowers, I had a simple white wedding cake with red roses and oriental lillies simply placed on them. It was very clean looking, and very pretty.
Hope some of these ideas help!

Well to go with the red theme, you could have floral arrangements for each table made with red roses and white orchids or carnations with green leaves. Also on the dias where the bride and groom sit, it could be decorated also with big red ribbon trimming on the dias skirt and also a floral arrangement with the coordinating colors. If you are giving favours out to guests, tie a red ribbon each package. White tablecloths, with red napkins. Your bouquet should be mainly white flowers such as mums, carnations, white roses and have red roses in it. The bridesmaids should have bouquets with more red roses with touches of white with red ribbon streamers. Decorations in church should coordinate also with the theme. Men ushers should have red carnations as bourtineres and red bow ties. Groom should be different; just a dignified black tux with a white shirt and red rose boutinere in his lapel. Wedding cake decorated with red, pink and white roses with green leaves. Just a few thoughts. My suggestion buy Martha Stewart's wedding book. It will give you many ideas to make your wedding a memorable day.

It all depends on your budget. Generally speaking, your time is very limited, so capitalize on all the leftover red stuff from Valentine's day. It's all dirt cheap at this point. Silver and/or white are pretty accent colors for red. Floating candles, colored "crystals," glassware, vases, mirrored pieces, etc. can all make for a gorgeous table. Flowers are always in fashion.

You can hire a wedding planner. She or he can help you with every detail. If that is too expensive then search Yahoo for ideas. Red is a passionate color so anything goes with that color or idea. Good luck to you and your new hubby :)

Check out all the pictures and DIY stuff to get an idea of what you like and what you could do. Then get your butt online www.theknot.com for ALL your wedding planning needs. Then get your butt to Davids Bridal to find your dream dress and bridesmaids dresses. I'm sooooo stressed for you right now!!!

hire a wedding planner or think of somebody's wedding that you thought was especially pretty and ask them advice. One thing that I think is pretty for the tables, is small glass bowls (like a little fishbowl) and you can put colored stones in the bottom, fill them with water, and put a floating candle on top... but that's for the reception

Spring is near which means tulips will be easy to find and affordable, they last along time and look great in bulk. I suggest getting different types of tulips in shades of red and arranging them in tightly packed arrangments in vases, surround that with tealights and votives. Have a red tbale cloth for each table and tie red sashes on the backs of the chairs.
Here are soem links, the first one sells tulips in bulk for very little cost and the second sells bolts of organza fabric for very cheap that you can use for sashes, table runners, aisle runners whatever!
http://www.growingtulips.com (email them about wholesale discounts and you get a special code)
www.cloth4less.com (63 yards and 60" wide for about $200.00)
