I think you CAN... I don't know if you WILL.

20 minutes is okay, but if you really want to drop the weight, you should put your all into it, and it will happen. If you start to do any muscle training right now, you probably won't drop weight - but you will get slightly thinner. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are doing both, and you feel more fit but don't see a noticeable difference, that is why.

Really eat healthy in the next two weeks. Cut out all coffee, pop, and non-herbal teas. Drink a lot of water. Seriously - buy a water bottle, drink it all day, making sure to re-fill it as soon as it's down. Ice water is perferable, because who doesn't love ice water? :-P And drink skim milk with meals.

Stick to your basic food groups. Lower your daily calorie amount and eat a lot of fruits and veggies. My health teacher once told me that colour on your plate is good - ie, orange carrots, green leafy vegetables, red peppers, yellow fruit, etcetera. Combine colours in fruits and vegetables, and you'll be healthy as well as taking in fewer calories than when eating junk and whatnot :-P

And if you have time, going running really drops the weight quickly, as well as doing laps in swimming. A pretty fit friend of mine joined our High School swim team. They had to do two laps, back and forth, in the pool, get out, do 20 push up, get in, and repeat for 45 minutes straight. He lost about 20 pounds in two weeks. It was nuts.

Do what you can, and do and eat things you like as well ^_^

To lose one pound per week, you need to create a caloric deficit of 500 a day, either through dieting or exercise. So, if you want to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks, that means you have to have a caloric deficit of 2000 a day. You will have to exercise a lot more and also cut calories to meet your goal.

Weight of the body is simple mathmatics of balance of calories taken and calories burned. If you take 1000 K calories per day and Burn 1900 kcal per day, you can achive your target.
Now lets see how can you do that?
Breakfast- One toast with nothing on it, I cup skimmed or low fat milk, one apple, half banana, 25 pices of sprouted moong, 4 peace of Papaya
Lunch- Two plates of salids, one cup of soup without butter or cream, one apple, one banana
Dinner- one plate of salids, one bread, one cup of soup same, one or two fruits, one cup milk.
Lets see work out - 60 min per day gym work out, 30 min walk perday.
You will suprise to see the results.Bye

Yes, but it will be mostly water weight if you don't stay hydrated.

Low Cal or Low Carb, doesn't matter - just don't over-eat.
