Here are some intense but short workouts for :
2-Minute Abs:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMWBLG4syRQ&mode=related&search=
8-Minute Abs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTY
15-Minute Abs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edUFqkWSve8
The longer you do these for the better the results will be. But results are immediate and just keep getting better. The 8-Minute Abs works for me, but it differs from person to person.

crunches and reverse crunches. Make sure you're not putting your hands behind your head when crunching because then you tend to pull your head forwards, causing stress to the vertebrae and giving you neck pains. Just touch your fingers behind the ears or on the temples or fold hands across chest -- anywhere that's best for you; the hands aren't part of the exercise! Also don't lock your feet under anything when crunching because that takes the emphasis away from the abs. Of course diet is a big part. You can have awesome abs but if there's lots of stomach fat you won't be able to see them! Abs aren't hard to get, they just take dedication.

Don't flush out your colon to get nice abs. That would make as much sense as wiping your butt when you sneeze. There are plenty of websites that give many, many variations of the same crunch and any of them will work fine as long as you're focusing on your abs doing the work, not your hip flexors. Most importantly, keep in mind that we all have six packs, there's just some degree of fat over it. Your best bet is to include cardio with your new ab routine for best results.

sometimes exercises and diet isn't enough sometimes if you have parasites in the colon it can cause bolges in the stomach and a reason no sucess, try to get a collon cleaner at the drug store will clear up that issue ina few weeks and you'll be flater and more 6pack-ish
