Like sometimes when I enter a room my 16 month old son dances when he sees me. It makes me think I must be doing a pretty good job to have my kid be "dancing happy" when he sees me. What about you and your kids?

What a great mama you are to have your child dancing to see you! (from a parenting teacher, this is high praise!). Once, while in a store, my 3 yr old son and I could not get waited on by this particular lady behind the counter, she just kept chatting with her friend. I left the counter, shopped around, then came back to the counter, telling my son that if she didn't wait on us this time, I was going to turn her in. My 3 yr old quipped out with, "Yes, Mama, turn her into a FROG!"...........when this same son needed to go to a doctor appt., I put out new jeans for him to wear. He didn't LIKE them. Still, I insisted and he wore them. While in the doctor's office, the DR. told my son he had scoliosis. "How did I get that?"................the Dr's first reply was, "Your mom just gave you some pretty bad genes"......."See, Mama, even HE Doesn't like 'em!"..............I write down all these little excerps from their childhood, and have a wonderful book filled with their funny antics and things they said. I call it my Book of Love. They (the, now, 37 and 39 yr olds,) love to read it, and my grandsons have a great time reading it! It's fun to know what Daddy said when he was small.

My son will tell me I am his best friend, or that he loves me. I never get tired of that. The other night he made me laugh when he said his prayer. He started it with "Hey God, whats up?" Or at dinner after his soccer game he informed me that he has "soccer skills." Sometimes I am amazed at the things he thinks about. For instance, he was eating an ice cream sandwich and asked why there are always little holes in the sandwhich part. I had never thought about it before.

I could go on and on about what makes me laugh. There is pretty much something everyday.

My son is almost 27 months old. When he was about 8 months my ex-husband and I separated, so it is just me for the most part. One of the things I fear the most is that my son will start doing the same things my ex did - like just not acknowledging that I asked him a question. So when my son does it I say to him "do you understand me? You need to answer yes or no." He looks at me with his adorable eyes and say "stand me mama? love you mama!" It is soooo cute! The other thing he does is to "cook" me dinner and we eat it together - it is so cute! He makes this little eating noise that is soooo adorable.

But, my favourite thing he does is to come up to me and grab my cheeks and pull me forward to his face to give me a kiss. Then he wipes it off and says "yucky!" It is so sweet.

I love being a mama!

When my 3 year old son has done something that he knows he shouldn't have (like take a drink out of my cup that I've set down) he'll come running up to me yelling "Mommy, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU." It's hilarious, I can tell just by the rhythm of his words that he's done something, even though its usually so minor that he probably could have gotten away with it because I didn't see it happen--he still believes I know everything he's doing even when I can't see him, and that the words 'I love you' will get him out of any trouble.

final Thursday became Take Your toddler to paintings day at my husband's workplace, so he took our 4 and a a million/2 year previous daughter with him. It became a shortened day and that they had activities for the infants and a action picture to computer screen, so as that they did no longer truly do somewhat some "paintings" with the father and mom (he's a fashion designer in academic publishing). on the way out of the construction they pass by way of safety and our daughter regarded on the guards and stated "We had a problematic day at paintings immediately" which became in simple terms too humorous, each and every person cracked up. additionally, she has in simple terms discovered to whistle, and can actual exchange the pitch while she whistles. We have been at my father and mom domicile on Sunday and he or she comes working into the kitchen the place we've been all vacationing and says "You sing the words for the song I whistle" and then began to whistle. She whistle 2 notes, stopped and regarded in any respect and sundry in disgust and stated "A,B" like we ought to consistently have usual she became going to be whistling the ABC song. It would not translate besides while written down, yet became hysterical.

awww my son is 3months old he just makes me laugh when he is sleeping and he starts smiling he looks so cute. Or when my mother is sleeping he watches her and starts laughing and i mean cracking up. Also when my husband starts dancing my baby laughs. I think its beautiful to see them laugh. One day my husband kept kissing my babies feet and my son just kicked him in the nose and made him bleed I thought it was funny. Children are the best thing a parent can have.

My 17 month old also does the happy dance when she sees me. Or if I give her a piece of candy! I love it! Another one would be in the mornings when she wakes up, instead of crying for me to come and get her out of her crib she will sit in her crib and hum and try to sing (not very successfully, its basically just babbling but in a sing-song voice) and then when she gets tired of doing that, she starts to yell "Mommy, up we go!" over and over. It's so darn cute, I can't get upset with her when she's yelling for me at 5:30 am!

I laugh when my daughter laughs at something weird. Like yesterday we were shopping and I got some of the plastic totes for her toys and I was putting them in the cart and she just started cracking up laughing and so then I started laughing. She also laughs when I shake out a garbage bag. I can't help but laugh because it is so weird some of the things she laughs at.

She is 6months old!

My son rolls his eyes and sighs. And he's only 21 months! It's really funny now, but I know I'll hate it in a year! Oh, the other really funny thing is if he sees something funny, hears something funny or "says" something he thinks is hysterical, he'll bend in half while he's laughing -- eyes all shut and mouth wide open! So cute and FUNNY!

My ten month old dances to the Tigger doll we got him and sways to any music. He likes to hold diaper cloths next to his head and looks like a Pharoh. You can't beat it when you take his shirt off but leave it on the back of his head so he looks like someone with long hair. He laughs and laughs. Everything makes me smile. Isn't it fun!
