Proactiv works really well. I started using it and I haven't had any breaks out at all. I'll put their website in sources if you want to check it out.

For blackhead try to steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

Don't wash your face too much. Twice a day is plenty. If you wash it too much you will wash away healthy oils and will end up drying your skin out. Find a cleanser that works well with your skin type and stick with it. Don't switch cleansers every other day. Also, moisturize moisturize moisturize! It seems contradictory when you're wanting to dry out that little pimple, but you need to keep your face moisturized to help the blemish heal properly.

Number one always wash you face and not with soap either. Soap clogs the pores and makes acne worst...... I wash my face with a daily exfoiliating scrub everday and night. So was before bed and in the morning. I use to have horrible acne until I started doing this. I no long have problems if you have acne blemishes such as scars and other problems Use Dr Palmers tone evening cream. Works wonders. Also you are welcome to use Proactive but if you are broke like me then all you need is a daily scrub not cream but a real exfoiliating scrub. I use clearasil. Also to make sure your face is super clean use an astringent after the initial wash. If you wear makeup please please please never sleep in your makeup.

i have that problem on occasion too. I bought proactive and it seems to be working good. If you don't want to spend lots of $$ you can try the bior nose stips for black heads- they work good (i use it on my chin, works good for getting those suckers out!) I also have bior face wash (don't remember what it's called) but it's in a tall bottle and green, that works pretty good too.
Also toothpaste (not the gel kind, but the white stuff) works good if you put it on a zit overnight- will dry it right out!
hrrm....you can try washing your face with rubbing alcohol. it dries up any oils on your face and will kill the bacteria from the zits
hope this helps you out. Good luck!

You can try CVS brand acne cream. It works great for blemishes also. Drinking a good amount of water daily also helps, along with exfloiating weekly.

I have a sensitive skin problem. How I deal with that is that I don't use soap on my face as much. If I use soap alot I'll breakout. It also depends on what kind of soap you use.I use unscented Oil Of Olay soap.
