what subjects r needed for this engineering??

Electric (or Elecrtical) Engineering relates to power and power distribution.

Electronics Engineering relates to electronics (consumer electronics, computers, sattelites, etc)

Most schools (and engineers) use these terms interchangably.

Subjects: As much math and physics as you can get. Electronics if you're school still teaches it. Or, I highly recommend that you get some hobby experience in electronics. Radio Shack sells kits that make 30 projects. Build them all and understand how they work.

You will also need chemestry and all of the "lower division" subjects (english, history, etc.)
