i have blue eyes and semi-pale skin, what hair color would look best?

Just stay natural, I hate fake color hair. But if you insist a very light brown with blonde. Thats what I have it looks cool.

It depends what color your skin is. If it's warm then you can do warm shades. If it's cool, then you can do more ashy shades.

Speaking of fake...brown with blonde highlights. The most overrated look, IMO it looks horrible.

You can do a light auburn which will look nice with your blue eyes and bring them out more (*and yes it does look good), but nothing darker than a light brown base if you want to stay natural. If you have dark eyebrows naturally you can do black, even though it may be several shades from your starting color..if you have the right skin tone and eye color it can look even better than your real color.

*If you look at most redheads they usually have a fair but warm complexion and either blue or green eyes, though light in color. Darker eye colors look unnatural with red hair.

depends on the color of your eyebrows. if you have black eyebrows you can go for a really dark color but if they are brown go for brown if they are dirty blond go for dirty blond etc. i think maybe dirty blonde would look good on you though because you said your skin is semi pale.
my skin is light with a very yellow undertone and tans very easily and my eyebrows are dark brown and my eyes are blue and i have dark brown hair with golden highlights.

In my opinion, blue eyes always complement brown hair. Go with brown hair, and your eyes will stand out more.

people with blue eyes look exotic with black or very dark hair. It also would look nice if you had a nice light brown with warm blonde highlights.

a blonde platinum blonde accually but never go for black hair if you have black hair with blue eyes it makes you look like a ghost but you could go for a light brown because my hair stylist says dont go for an immediate color change like that you should go mor brown maybe but i'm all for platinum blonde it'll look perfect on u

If your face looks pretty, red (not bright red) make your face and eye color stand out.

but not warm blonde or any red if your skin has a cool undertone
if you have a warm undertone, just the opposite of that,you whould wise not use any platinum,ash, or sandy blonde.

well with blue eyes most people will probably say blond but i think brunette or black would look just as good. never red though.
