Needed to add the fact that i don't eat allot and i work 2 jobs. I am always on my feet and running. I watch what i eat. I worry that the fat is from the skin being stretched and i had a surgery that cut through my muscles. Are there any excercises that target that area? I have already lost around 50 lbs. Thanks for all the input so far. Also I can't run because of bad knees.

Start counting your calories. You say you don't eat a lot, but if you eat little amounts of high calorie foods, you are still overeating. Measure out your portion sizes and keep a log (either on paper or online - link below to the site I use), just to make sure that you are not overeating.

Burning fat requires cardiovascular exercise. It does not have to mean running. With bad knees, you may want to try an eliptical machine (lower impact), swimming, or even nice long walks. Crunches and core exercises are nice to tone the muscles, but if there is a layer of fat between the muscles and the skin, you will not see the results.

You've already lost 50 pounds, and that's amazing! Just go back to doing what you did before, and I'm sure you can lose the jelly roll.

Its possible that a good portion is loose skin from weigt loss and/or some sort of damage from the surgery. Crunches, situps etc can tighten up parts that ARE there, but not if the muscles are cut or absent.

Obviously, without an exam in person, even a physician can't give you a definitive answer.

power walk. you can tone areas but you can't pick certain areas to jus lose weight in. like i said power walk, on a track or somethin that's not hard. build up your times and do it a few times a week. drink tons of cool water. did you know drinkin cold water your body burns 10 calories? when you start gettin this down toss in some sit ups and crunches. i personally do obliques standin up because i tend to hurt my neck layin down. give it a try, you'll find that you're able to do more this way. good luck~!
