I have seen many questions like "Why would God create people to worship Him?" and I have been thinking worship is for God but is more important to us than it is to Him. He is good. We are the ones who need to work on goodnes.

I think that if we had used our sense of "right and wrong" better, we would have naturally worshipped our Creator and given Him the respect He deserves.

To me worship comes from the human Ego, of wanting to be grand. I am almost 100% possitive God, nor Jesus Christ "needs" or "wants" us to worship them. They just want us to do what is right, which is doing onto other as we want them doing on to us, to Love, and Forgive, and to stop judging.

You are right, God loves us, thats why and only why He wants us to return that love, people just want to say things like that, because they don't want to spend the time or effort in believing the truth, We need God, whether some of us know it or not.

He would still have asked for worship from us.
Worshipping Him keeps us in a position of humility.
