Hi!
Since you listed your question under Diets & Fitness, I assume that you are on a diet and suffering badly~~~
If that is so, then the best thing to do is have something like some warm tea to ease off the pangs of hunger and then a half hour later, have a little something to eat ....
I think the best diet is to eat your normal foods but eat only 3/4 of the amount you usually eat .... that way you do not throw your system into shock

I'm with the person that said to put all the food in a basket and float it down the river. Just float it my way would ya? I'm starving and have no food to eat!!!

Be happy that you have lots of food. There are millions of people in poor countries that are REALLY starving and have nothing to eat.

Temptation can only make you stronger! You can stare at that food all day, and not eat a bite, because you have control over yourself. You can be strong, and not eat all the food. But when you do eat, eat small amounts and enjoy your meal as much as possible.

Your just bored, go online and find your nearest community center. they have lots of cheap intresting classes. Swim, dance, anything like that. Take an adult course, brush up on ur math, do something intresting . Take a walk in the park. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE (thats how i solved the same problem)

you should eat but not too much. Have a balanced meal. And don't eat too fast as your stomach may feel bad cuz of the starve.
