There is no 'easy' way. You will either have to work hard, resist "bad" foods, go hungry, or a combination of the three.

I find that if I jog a mile every day, or every other day, I notice myself looking better in a couple weeks...and I can eat whatever I want (within reason). Of course, if you arent used to running, start slow and work your way up.

I think the best solution to unwanted flab is to be more active...it is what many people are missing in their lives. Plus, excersize has so many other health benefits such as improved mood, healthier heart, better in bed, etc. :)

Hope it helps! I'm gonna try to get in shape as soon as spring comes around.

Sit-ups won't get rid of belly fat -- proper diet and 30-45 minutes of cardio every day will. You can't spot-reduce fat, so diet pills and ab exercises won't help. Just cut way back on the "bad for you" stuff, eat more of the stuff you know is good for you, and eat six small meals or snacks every day instead of three square meals per day -- eating less food more often keeps your metabolism running high, but eating too much at one sitting causes your body to store excess calories as fat.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Quick would be jump roping 20-25 minutes and conform your diet to natural unprocessed foods with a medium level of calorie intact.

Good luck and better health

To lose belly fat, you must reduce your overall body fat, which can be accomplished through caloric reduction, cardio, an weight training. Sit ups are great for toning muscle, but you won't be able to SEE the results unless you lose fat.

Cardio exercise such as running, swimming, cycling etc will lower your fat level. And ab exercises such as situps, crunches, leg raises will tone the muscle and give more definition. Doing roundhouse kicks on a punching bag will also tighten your waistline and improve definition of your hip flexors.
