Does anyone know of any companies in Las Vegas that have on-site day care and/or fitness centers for employees?

Thanks to those who have answered so far! I'm actually looking for something that is NOT a casino. I live in North Las Vegas, so I'm looking for something closer to where I live.

Many hospitals have on-campus daycare. It's rare that the company itself would have a daycare, however they may be affiliated with a particular daycare and even afford you a % discount on your child's enrollment. Best way is to call the companies you are interested in, and simply ask.

I know MGM has a HUGE daycare center. I would imagine that most of the larger casino/hotels would.
