Tell him exactly that.
I am a stay at home mom and I have a reason to stay at home and be there. I love it! I also know how bad it gets to want to go somewhere.....anywhere. Even if it just grocery shopping with each-other!
You need to just tell him that it doesn't have to be some great place just that you want to be with him and do things anything!
If it is a trust issue, work out something like you will go only places with him for a while or him and friends to build some trust, but if it is a bigger issue talk about it.
Don't be pushy, because he will think that there is a big reason why you always want to go out. Tell him that you want to be with him!

If he wont take you out dump him. His jealousy sounds like a call of ownership. I mean how DARE you not sit by the phone and wait for his little show of attention. But some more info would be nice too. Has he always been like this? Is it more recent? Has he been snowed under by work/ school? Does HE go out with friends? if the answers are: no, yes, no, yes. Dump his ****.

You need to ask yourself a question, and answere honestly. Does your boyfriend go places without you or is he just a homebody? If he does go places without you and does not want you along, then there is an underlying problem. How long have you been together?Has it always been this way? If it has always been this way, then do not ever expect it to change. Life is short and if you are not living to the fullest, change it!

Tell him what you just told everyone here on Answers. Tell him you like going out and doing something fun every now and again. If he insists on being a couch potato leave him sitting on the couch and find someone who thinks, feels and likes the same things as you.

Sit down and have a nice talk and tell him what you want. Be assertive, but not mean and make sure he understands what you are asking.
If he doesn't validate your feelings, then I'd say you should probably get out of that relationship.

.LOL He needs to stop being cheap and take you out at least to eat. That is not a very healthy relationship, if you are giving him some goodies at home with out him taking you out, then at least you know he only wants to use you. Go out with friends, and when he tells you to chill with him, you let him know that you have other things to do than to stay indoors. Just talk to him, if he doesn't get it, DUMP HIM!

Maybe it's better to just keep you're friends seperate!?

I use to feel this way until I accepted my boyfriend for what he likes and doesn't like. My BF does not like dancing, he goes clubbing with his friends but just to drink and BS...it's funny!

I love clubbing because I love dancing...we are different and yet so compatible...plus I trust him and he trust me...that's all that matters.

It sounds like this guy is a little bit controlling. That can be a dangerous thing. Review other aspects of your relationship and see if there are other things he is controlling you from doing, saying or going. You might need to break this one off. I would hate for you to become someone's object instead of their object of desire...

Be honest with your boyfriend and tell him that you are tired of staying home. and you want to get out more. and if he is not willing to take you out. then go out with your friends. and your boyfriend will get over it, or start taking you out. good luck.
