if he really likes u he would have broken up with his girlfriend to be with u.

u could start by having a friendly conversation and then find a way to have him admit he likes u and ask him who he likes more u or her and if he likes u tell him u r available

You just try and talk to him and tell him how you really feel then when ever they breakup they will go out w/ U!
