There are a few ways. killing off all the bacteria, the best, warm it up to 40'C so the bugs think it is heaven, & all the spore formers start to grow, then take take it up to 80'C very quickly (that kills all the growing bugs) in a microwave, finally add a little mineral acid - phoshporic or hydrochloric. to bring the pH down to <3.5 . That level of mineral acid you will not taste (coke is ~2 with phosphoric), & the bugs don't grow easily. -pH 3.5 with Citric acid is fairly sour, & not so harsh on the bugs. Refrigerate afterwards.

I don't drink juice. It is healthier to eat the fresh fruit. Too much natural sugar in juice.
