Anything in excess is bad for you.
Unlike cigarettes which have additives to purposely make them addictive, cigars produce there own nicotine at a much lower, less addictive level. I don't recommend inhaling, but you already know that.
I have been smokng cigars for 11 years at a rate of about 4-10 per month. My doctor even told me thats not enough to be considered a habit. If I could smoke more I would, but I don't have the time. A cigar is meant to be enjoyed unlike a cigarette that most people do just to get by.
I am not saying that cigars don't kill you, but name something in this world that doesn't! George Burns smoked 10 churchill size cigars everyday and lived to be 100. Winston Churchill smoked over a quarter of a million cigars over his life lived well into his 90. Milton Burls smoked 10 per day and lived to be 94. Bob Hope lived to be 100 and smoked several cigars per day.
The way I see it; you know your body and health better then anyone else so enjoy life and don't let society dictate the direction.

Cigars do not have the same severity of addictiveness as cigarettes, but they still have some properties. I smoke a cigar about every 1-2 months, but don't inhale! That is a personal preferance. As with smoking anything, there is always a risk of cancer in your mouth, throat and neck. I do not find that I am addicted (obviosuly because of how infrequently i smoke) and it is my understanding that cigars are more "natural", just dried rolld leaves with some chemicals to preserve. I think you'll be fine.

Go ahead and smoke a good cigar once in a while if you enjoy it. You slightly increase your chances of oral cancer, (and lung cancer, if you inhale), but at your rate of consumption, it's not that big of a deal. Cigars do not contain as much 'trash' as cigarettes, so they are less toxic and less addictive.

if u inhale the smoke it is very bad, however if the smoke remain only in your mouth and then blown out then it is less harmfull that cigarettets. in some countries of u are a eavy cigarette smoker they might advise switching to cigars once in a while to help the process of stopping.

Cigars are not as bad as cigarettes.
With your smoking patterns, you will not see an addiction.
