What do you call a man whose new at the church? Lets say he's 25 or 30 years old, just graduated from Divinity school and is assigned to a Catholic church. What is he called?
Brother, Father, Friar, Bishop, Priest??? I have no idea what lower or new members are called...

In what capacity has he been assigned?
Assistant Pastor? Then he can be addressed as Pastor, same as the Senior Pastor.
If he has been ordained as a priest in the Catholic Church, then "Father." is the proper way to address him.

"Whose" is a possessive pronoun.
"Who's" is the contraction for "who is."
