Cashplus card - cannot apply on line - only see a premuim rate number to call, is this a scam?

Thanks for the link Number 8 but when I try it the page is overlapped with another one meaning on page 2 I cannot see the letter/code I am meant to enter.. do you get the same?

Cashplus is only valid in the UK.
You have to visit one of the retail locations in order to get it.
You have to show ID at the retail location to get it.

If you are in the US, then go to NetSpend instead. You can order the card online from there.
