Are you friends with any of the owners? You could ask to job-shadow for the day to see what all's involved in running one. The only thing they probably won't let you see is the books.

Hire a lawyer to go through all the paperwork for you. The process is too complicated to do on your own.

2- Find someone that knows how to run it.
3- Buy it

Success rate is small and expenses are huge. My advice is to not do it.
