IT IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR TO SAY THE LEAST. WHEN A WOMAN SO AS TO ONLY ARRANGE HER DUPATTA PROPERLY REMOVES IT FROM HER EMBRACE, SHE IS LABBELLED AS INDECENT AND INVITING. AND WOT DO THESE MEN DO WHEN THEY LITERALLY SCRATCH AND SOMETIMES ALSO TAKE PLEASURE WHILE DOING SO LABELLED AS? NOTHING. WHY? IT IS SO UNPLEASANT TO SEE SUCH BEHAVIOUR WHILE WALKING DOWN THE ROAD, WAITING FOR THE BUS, AND ALMOST EVERYWHERE. I HAVE EVEN SEEN SOME WHO DO IT DELIBERATELY AFTER LOOKING AT A GIRL PASS BY. EVEN NOW AS I ASK THIS SOME MEN MIGHT SAY " HOW DO YOU KNOW UNLESS YOU LOOK AT THEM TOO?' COME ON, YOU DO NOT EXPECT SUMBODY TO STAND IN A FIXED POSTURE WITHOUT EVEN GLANCING AROUND? DO YOU? PLEASE ANSWER WHY? I FEEL LIKE SHOOTING THEM. BUT I CANT. GIVE A LOGICAL ANSWER AND NOT ONE OF SOME MORE DISGUST.

I've asked my husband this question, and he says (most) men aren't doing it to be disgusting or vulgar (although their are some jerks out there who are just trying to show off what they've got!). My husband says that in most cases, men are sort of "adjusting" themselves. Fortunately, we women don't have any external genitalia. Men, however, do, and their little pieces and parts eventually shift around from walking, sitting, etc., and they have to "put them back in place."

All the time it's either itch or rearranging them. Even men get irritated after they see another man doing it. But some can't just help it. For you women, it's simple, there's nothing hanging out there, but for men, it's pretty uncomfortable to keep it in one position for long. They go ahead with the scratching business. It doesn't matter whther anybody's around.

And talking about the dupatta incident, it's adiscovery for me to know that arranging dupatta is indecent. Maybe you have developped a complex...

When a mans gotta itch
the lady shouldnt *****.

Some cases are genuine and some of the practitioners of itching are very poor in hygiene. I wont be surprised if dandruff rains out of their flys when they are itching. Others are still victims of trauma from toddlerdom when relatives teased them about their
"eggs" missing. They still need to feel it to make sure it is there.
Specially with a pretty lady walking a good equipment check is in order. And for the poor souls with a genuine itch ... well offer them a tin of talcum powder with boric dust the next time you encounter them. Thats the lowdown on the meltdown Down Under.

Just as many women have problems keeping their private parts away from public view, men also have problems when they at tension in public. Boys learn as they grow as Men and Girls understand Boys problems when they become Women. Until then both blame eachother.

first off, take the caps off. That is extremely annoying and makes you look a bit dull.

Secondly, if it itches its really hard not to scratch. When you have an Itch I'm sure you do not wait twenty minutes to scratch.
