Spirituality implies a sensitivity or attachment to religious values, hence the distinction from religion per se. The title allows the discussion of the basic tenets of a religion as well as the associated values pontificated by said religion. One can be religious yet not spiritual. I don't think it can be logically shown that a person can be spiritual and not religious, hence the need to separate the topics in this Forum. The ordering of the terms for the title is just happenstance, not something nefarious as your question suggests.
