How come my camera won't upload?

I have a Fujifilm F470 and my lens cracked after I took pictures. They pictures are saved with a memory card but my camera won't connect to my computer. Does this have anything to do with my cameera lens? Also, can I bring my memory card into a store, will my pictures be saved on it and be able to print?

The pictures are on the memory card. It is possible that the same trauma that broke the lens, damaged the circuitry that allows your pc connection.
The good news is you can take the memory card to a developer and they can download from the memory card.
There are also memory card readers that you can buy if your pc does not come with one all ready.
