Canada is full of wildlife viewing, you just have to get away from the major cities. So, not knowing where you live, I would have to say one of the best places is Banff and Jasper National Parks. They are in the BC/Alberta border in the Rockies and very close to each other. I am batting a 1000 as far as wildlife goes there. I have gone since I was a kid, and never visited without seeing lots. As wildlife is protected they aren't too afraid of getting close to people.

Here is a link to Parks Canada. They are only the National Parks listings, you can look up provincial parks if you decide on a Province you are going to.

Its a big country with lots of terrific places and opportunities to view wildlife:

one of the best places (and one of the world's most visited national parks) is Banff, Alberta.. the is the highest elevated town in all Canada and located in a national park in the Rockies.

Because it is in a park in the mountains - it is not uncommon to see wildlife (bears, deer) walking down Main Street! Its also well known for its hotsprings and hiking.

other fantastic places of note:

Churchill, Manitoba: the polar bear capital you can take tours into bear habitat along the ice in GIANT all-terrian monster trucks and get close up views of the magnificant but (sadly disappearing creatures) - home to narwhals, arctic fox and more amazing creatures of the north

Tofino / Uclulet, British Columbia: on the western-most coast of Vancouver Island, you can take whale watching tours to view pods of orcas or hike through the coastal temperate rainforest, with its massive old growth forests. Long Beach is absolutely fantastic.

Drumheller, Alberta - "dinosaur valley" as its known, desert-like badlands with an amazing collection of dinosaur fossils embedded in the sides of towering "hoo-doos" and rocks.

St Laurence River, Quebec - travel upriver and marvel at the wild frolicking beluga whales.

Cape Breton, Nova Scotia - a terrific expanse of rocks and cliffs jutting out of the sea.. lotsa seals

There are tons of great places in Canada.
But my favorite is The Dempster Highway in the Yukon in the summer.
The scenery is stunning. Tons and tons and tons and tons of wildlife. The Dempster runs from near Dawson City across the Arctic Circle to Inuvik in The NorthWest Territories. It's also land of the midnight sun!

It's going to depend on what sort of wildlife you want to see, but check out Banff and the Kananaskis in southern Alberta.
