Ooh, someone else who likes cooking with ham hocks! I'm a recent convert to those in the last couple years.
But I'm making my favorite soup rirght now. It's a crab bisque/chowder and I'm just starting to steam the crab so I can pick it, then I make stock with the shells.
So yummy.

I like chicken noodle soup (with a soda on the side), but my favorite would have to be broccoli cheddar soup. The broccoli cheddar soup from Panera is the best!

Well my favorite can soup has to be campbells wedding, spinach and mini meatballs, it is really great, don't knock it til ya try it, lol. I also love this soup that a local restaurant makes, it is a creamy shrimp and rice soup, yummy!

Well, I'll quote a restaurant we used to go to.
I checked their menu - and it said "hellifino soup". I couldn't figure out what it meant, so I asked the waitress. She said, "oh, every day we ask the chef what kind of soup he's making today". And he says: "H@ll if I know!!" - and so we named it "hellifino" soup.
That's the kind of soups I make too. I put everything in and it tastes GREAT! Lots of soup for me and mine!

I love cheese soup and also potato soup with bacon, cheese and chives. The best thing is to eat soup with buttered melba toast or captains waffers!!
