Think K Fallon has been treated badly and we are deprived of witnessing his fantastic skills...Other jokeys latley J Spencer ( Non trier) 10 day ban,ok R Winston got year suspension other day..Fallons been hounded out the game not because he fixed a race but because he fucked with the British arstocrisy...Fallons a fallon angel but i feel hes been harsly treated..Is it cheating to run unfit horse?run horse over wrong trip,on wrong ground..????

Mr Fallon has fallen foul of the rules of racing, not because of what happened between him and the Cecil's.
He is a very good jockey, arguably the best of his generation, but that does not mean we should make excuses for him.
Although I have never met the man, I have heard around Newmarket that he is not a very pleasant person. He got a girl pregnant (behind his wife's back) and then refused to stand by her - this was all in the local paper!
As for running unfit horses, it is impossible to get a horse 100% fit before a race no matter how much work you get into him. Only racing will get a horse fully fit. Also, how are trainers to know if the horse gets a trip without running him over it or on the different ground? There is only so much you can get from a horse when you work him on a 4 furlong polytrack gallop!

I think you're right. He seems to be the subject of a witch-hunt, wherever he goes. Not allowed to ride in Britain, then barred from the Breeder's, etc. Hats off to Aidan O'Brien and the owners for standing by him. Someone's definitely got it in for him. I hope he's strong enough to come through it, because it would be a shame to think he'd raced for the last time in Britain.

fallon is the best jockey since lester piggot,but he has been caught out to many times,he first got caught out on top cees for the ramsdons,but got away with that,he didnt learn his lesson
then,but now ithink its to late,a tallent wasted,lets hope he does make a comeback.
