And in Quran 2:136 Allah says what was revealed to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jewish tribes, Moses, Jesus is all in the Quran – it is not.

Moses in the Bible {Exodus, Leviticus, numbers, Deuteronomy} is 137 chapters and 4,415 verses {against the Quran’s 114 chapters and 6,241 verses. This alone takes up almost the entire Quran}

Sura 2:97 – “Say (O Muhammad, to mankind): who is an enemy to Gabriel. For he it is who hath revealed (this Scripture) to thy heart by Allah’s Leave, confirming that which was (revealed) before it, and a guidance and glad tidings to believers.”
If the Scripture {Bible}, was revealed by Allah, and as Allah’s words cannot be “altered or changed” as mentioned in sura 6:34 and 10:65, then the present Bible is correct according to Allah, right? Each Prophet confirms the Scripture before him. Jesus spoke and confirmed the Scripture as they were in his lifetime as true and not altered. anyone can get proof the gospel today and from the 1st century are the same.

@AdiaArek In 2:53, Allah says, “And when we gave unto Moses the Scripture…” This is repeated 6 times in other chapters. This is a blatant lie. Moses was never given or had the Scripture {Bible}, simply because almost all the other prophets were not yet born. And about 90% of the events of the Scripture {Bible} did not yet take place in 1,250 B.C. {Moses’ time}, so how could he have given the Scripture? Why is this Allah lying? No problem with Musa:-)

Well, what was revealed to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jewish tribes, Moses, Jesus would only be written in the Qur'an and if it says something different in the bible, then the bible is wrong, not the Qur'an. (Try looking at it from the other angle)

I mean, personally, I'm an Atheist not a Muslim, but I'm just trying to put it in their perspective.

Abraham is known as Ibrahim in the Qu'ran, Moses as Musa, Jesus as Isa, Isaac as Ismail and Jacob as Yacub.

Any problems with that maam?

The Quran was made to prove Muhammad is a prophet, not to make another historic reference like the bible is.

The Quran needed to spend most of its text proving Arabs (Specially Muhammad) are a chosen people of God by Ishmael’s family line.

Many of the prophets in the Bible were fabricated. Some of them were hired to be prophets, because back then the title prophet was like the title king, and there always had to be one of each.

But nobody wanted to be a prophet, so they hired people to do it. Whereas they had no trouble finding enough people to be king, and sometimes there were too many kings.

What are you talking about? All the prophets from Adam to Isa(PBUT*) to Muhammed(PBUH*) which is excluded from the Bible are in the Qur'an. Try reading the entire book.

Because they don't go by the bible...parts of the Quran are not in the bible, either. They are two different books.
