i need to know cause i need one and i found one but its off an 05 2500 and i need to know if its able to go on an 02 1500

I would say more than likely yes... if you perform a search for a bumper for those year trucks, it groups 2002-2005 together, but to be sure, I'd go to the following website, they have thousands of members and someone should be able to answer it for sure!
