If we pumped man-made human breathable oxygen in to the air wouldn't it help stop global warming, and some artifical filter thing to attract and soak up co2 ?

Yes - you can make things that will soak up carbon dioxide - they are routinely used on spacecraft for instance to remove CO2 from the air inside. However, it simply would not be practical to do this on the scale required! Much easier to plant more trees.

I'd be interested to know about "man-made" oxygen....

You can only synthesize something by combining molecules but as oxygen is made up of one pair of identical molecules it cannot be synthesized.

You can make more oxygen and soak up carbon dioxide naturally by planting more trees.

Scientists could plant more trees that take in co2 and release oxygen.
